LORINA : MIDLAND, TX MATERNITY

The last time I was in Midland, I had the chance to photograph my big sister's maternity photos. It was a cold day at the ever busy I-20 Wildlife Reserve but we managed to get some beautiful photos of my sister, Lorina, and her ever growing belly. Big sister, Maebry, even made a guest appearance in a few of the photos! Today, Lorina informed me that she is already dilating and we can expect baby Wesley to make his appearance real soon! I'm glad I was able to blog these photos before his birthday! Be on the lookout for sweet newborn photos in the not so distant future! In the meantime, please enjoy these lovely ladies!

LORINA'S BABY SHOWER: PART 2

Okay, I know it has been over FIVE MONTHS since my sister's baby shower. I'm horrible! But I go see her and my new baby niece, Maebry, tomorrow! So, I decided to follow up the first baby shower post with the rest of the baby shower pics! Sorry it took me so long. Call me busy, or a procrastinator, or lazy! But hey, at least you'll finally get to see them! Hope they are worth the wait! Oh, and did I mention I get to go to ALASKA tomorrow to see my big sis and my beautiful baby niece?! I'm so excited! But probably not as excited as my mom! I'm sure she'll try to bring Maebry back in her carry on! :)

Lorina's friend, Celeste was the winner! She was smart and made little baby feet and no one could resist the cuteness!

And this is where everyone found out Lorina was having a girl!!!  

Many congratulations to my sister, Lorina and her husband Andrew! I am soooo happy for y'all and I cannot wait to hold Princess Maebry in my arms! God is good!

INTRODUCING THE ROUNDTREE FAMILY

The Roundtree family got to welcome a new addition to their family yesterday! But last week, while she was still comfy in her mommy's belly, we had a fun family session in anticipation of the arrival of Miss Savannah! Enjoy!

LORINA'S BABY SHOWER: PART I

My beautiful big sister, Lorina and her husband, Andrew are expecting their first baby this May! When they came down to visit in December, my mom, sister and I threw her a fun baby shower! Everything we made on our own besides the delicious cake which was made by my aunt's sister-in-law, Becky Aguilar! It was a wonderful day of family, friends, games and yummy food! I have many photos to share so this is just the first half of our colorful day!

My sister decided she wanted a rainbow/shower themed party since she did not know the sex of the baby when we started the preparations. 

My sister's favorite part of any party is the cake. Thanks to my aunt Sarah, they were able to pick the perfect cake for the occasion! Look at those adorable details!

My sweet baby sister and my cousins. My sister was such a huge help during the day! Couldn't have done it without her!

I have the best husband in the world, I tell ya! He came in early and hung these streamers and balloons for me without complaining one bit! He's a keeper! And a great party decorator! ;) 

We asked everyone to guess the day and time my sister would pop and write it on this calendar! The closest to the actual delivery date and time wins a prize! Too bad they have to wait a few more months to find out who won!

 Here I am being the bossy girl that I always wanted to be!

My aunt Sarah won the "My Water Broke!" game. Everyone is sure that she cheated ;)
